This role helps build direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and activated channels to drive consumer awareness and preference, increase market share, and build broader portfolio and brand awareness.CORE WORK ACTIVITIESHotel Marketing and AdvertisingPlan the execution and development of regular activities and monthly events according to the Marketing Plan and be present during the activations (Weekends/afternoons/nights) when needed.Provide and execute creative ideas to leverage revenue generation opportunities and brand awareness of W Ibiza.Partner with Operations, Food & Beverage, Sales, Finance, and revenue teams to execute promotions and campaigns targeting in-house guests and transients that drive incremental revenue to the hotel.Act as the liaison between the marketing department and advertising agency on the tactical advertising campaigns' creative and media plans.Coordinate the implementation of all brand packages and practices including special events and promotional opportunities at the property level in collaboration with Revenue Management.Act as a marketing channel for information regarding the property's specific need periods and coordinate information regarding the property's seasonality and opportunities.Develop and execute email marketing.Maintain frequent, active engagement with the Digital Field Marketing team to verify alignment, pull-through, and 2-way communication about the status, performance evaluation, opportunities, and issues related to online programs and initiatives
