.Omega CRM, a leader in Technology Solutions, is looking to develop its Marketing practice with a Social Media Consultant who will be responsible for the creation and posting in all social media platforms in order to increase audience, create brand awareness and, ultimately, increase sales.
Functions of the role include reviewing site metrics, community interaction and being responsible for the creative design that helps understand the target audience of each social channel, creating persuasive content that touches the desired target audience and is unique for the normal interactions of every channel.Main Responsibilities:Develop, implement and manage our social network strategy after performing competitive research, determine the platform, send messages and identify the audience.Plan, create, post and share new content (including text, images, video and originals) that generates meaningful connections with customers, increases brand awareness and motivates community members to interact with the brand.Collaborate with the digital engagement team in order to develop social network campaigns.Keep updated with the trends and best practices as well as social network technologies.Configure and optimize company websites within every platform in order to increase social content visibility of the company.Moderate user-generated content according to the communications policies.Create editorial calendars and content chronograms.Reinforce social channels interacting with professionals of the sector and influencers through social networks.Mandatory Skills:Experience in digital content and social network management as well as digital environments.Ability to create original concepts with clear, concise and convincing writing with grammatical and material precision.Ability to collaborate and communicate with different Agency teams involved in campaigns regarding deadlines, revisions, quality control and new works.Advanced level of English; other languages will bea plus.What do we offer:Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
