We are looking for a driven Social Media Community Manager to join our growing team.Requirements:2 years of experience working as a community manager or social media manager are requiredFluent or C2 level in English and Portuguese is required (written and spoken)Experience in external communications and/or copywritingGreat knowledge of the inner workings of social media platformsYou are skilled at problem-solving and can clearly identify, define, and articulate problems while developing creative solutionsStrong attention to detail, with the ability to explain complex processes to unfamiliar audiencesAbility to think fast, work proactively, and remain diligent in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environmentExcellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal, including experience translating technical concepts to non-technical staffA strong business acumen and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities for multiple stakeholdersAbout the position:Become a social media expert and help our client through their digital transformation with the full backup of our agency in your cornerBe the community management champion and monitor the client's social media accounts through SprinklrSupport the monthly editorial content planning and post schedulingActively engage with the audience on social media platforms after assessing inbound messages and user profiles and draft responses with the support of a pre-approved response book or other sourcesWork with cross-functional partners including agency colleagues as well as client's department teams (Marketing, Communications, Business Development, etc.)
