With over 10 different nationalities, our diverse team has driven exponential growth since our 2016 launch, and we have ambitious plans for 2024-2025, including expanding our US presence and launching new product categories.Your Role in Shaping Our Online Presence: As Riluxa's Social Media & Communication Manager you will help develop and implement social media strategies and you will be responsible for overseeing the organisation's social media presence, creating content, monitoring metrics, and communicating with audiences through various channels. You will also manage relationships with influencers and stakeholders, and work to build brand awareness and engagement. Your key responsibilities will include:Scheduling and maintaining a content calendarActively engaging with our B2B and B2C communities across social media channels, in line with Riluxa's tone and voiceActively gathering and tracking User-Generated Content (UGC)Defining our community management strategy for Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Houzz and possibly other channelsManage and maintain relationships with influencersIdentifying new opportunities for deepening community engagement and implementing innovative digital marketing techniques on InstagramCrafting Instagram copies that resonate with our audienceCreating content (posts, stories, reels, pins) for Instagram and Pinterest and other channelsResponding to comments and customer queries in a timely mannerMonitoring industry trends and community insightsAnalysing social media/community performance, including key metrics and ROI, and adjusting social media tactics as needed to achieve goalDegree in Digital Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related fieldNative-level of FrenchGood level of French or GermanExperience with social media management tools (using Hootsuite or similar platforms), and content marketing (specifically Instagram & Pinterest)Strong copywriting, editorial, proofreading, and content writing skillsExceptional organisational and teamwork abilitiesExperience in content creation (Reels, stories, etc.) using Canva or similar toolsProven track record of building and growing Instagram accounts.Interpersonal Skills: Passion for Social Media (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)Cultural awareness and emotional intelligenceExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsAbility to take initiative and solve problems independentlyNice-to-Have: SEO experienceProficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, and other content creation toolsExperience in writing content for various channels such as newsletters and blog postsFamiliarity with Facebook, Houzz, Twitter, and YouTubeInterest in Interior DesignFull-time, permanent contract starting ASAPVery competitive SalaryInternational environment and positive atmosphere in a rapidly growing companyPrivate health insuranceSpanish/English coursesOffice in the city centre of ValenciaDoes this sound like you?
