Join Our Team as an Advertisers Support Specialist! Are you passionate about social media and helping businesses grow? We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in Lisbon as Advertisers Support Specialists.In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting advertisers and agencies, ensuring they have the best experience possible. Your main purpose is to improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding users on the platform, and helping them use its tools and features.As a member of the team, you will assist customers by email and chat after they have purchased ad placements or used social media products. You will be providing technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to our clients' needs to sustain and expand their businesses.Responsibilities:Support assistance requests on our social media Family Apps & Advertising Services.Convert the majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls to offer white-glove support regarding our services, working with multiple tools and multitasking.Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern.Location: Onsite in LisbonTraining: 15 working daysBenefits: Training Compensation Monthly Base Salary of 14 months + Meal AllowanceRequirements:Spanish Speaker (C2) + English (B2) (mandatory)High School Diploma (mandatory)EU citizenship or Portuguese residence card (mandatory)Availability to work in shifts (mandatory)Availability to start soonRelocation Package: Accommodation and flight reimbursement for candidates from outside Portugal or candidates living 100 Km from Lisbon.Are you excited about this opportunity?
