Mission The person in this role will be responsible for overseeing relationships with Social Media clients and ensuring the delivery of solutions that are effective and aligned with each account's objectives.
They must ensure that all deliverables are of the highest quality and are delivered on time.
Additionally, their role includes supporting the team to shine both internally and externally.
Job Functions Strategic Capability: Create, develop, and oversee social media strategies for major accounts, ensuring they align with clients' business objectives. Key Account Management: Act as the primary liaison for all Social clients, managing communication and maximizing client satisfaction and retention. Budget and Department Resource Control: Manage and oversee the budget allocated to the Social Media department, ensuring strategic investment and optimization of available resources. Team Supervision: Lead and guide the social media team as a role model in executing each account's strategies.
Allocate resources, ensuring deadlines are met, internal processes are efficient, and KPIs and quality standards are achieved, from planning to delivery. Innovation and Trends: Provide fresh perspectives and ensure that our social media strategies remain innovative and up-to-date with market trends. Crisis and Reputation Management: Anticipate and handle any social media crises, protecting both client and agency reputations. Requirements +8 years experience in a similar role Advertising agency experience Social Media background Team leadership skills Hubspot is highly desirable Languages Spanish Native
Academic Background Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Journalism, ADE or similar
