Job Description. Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:Lead the store labour budget process for store operations by providing targets based on current operational standards and key initiatives being deployed in the stores. Define the innovation and technology roadmap for the stores in partnership with Operations and IT. Lead the store delivery process for key initiatives and ensure the implementation of store capacity management.Build and manage a high performing team in charge of supporting retail operations by providing tools and dashboards to strengthen in-store execution.Maintain a strong center of excellence for retail to identify key process improvement opportunities and drive harmonization and optimization. Define store communications strategy in order to improve & optimize communication processes for the stores. Job Requirements. Requirements. Minimum of 15 years in retail management, in high-volume settings of significant scale. Experience in leading cross functional teams, network optimization; prior experience in a company respected for efficient operations and a customer-service philosophy would be preferred. Experience of successfully implementing significant change in complex organizations. .Demonstrated success in building and sustaining effective partnerships across all levels of the organisation.Significant experience developing team members performance, offering feedback, ability to inspire and influence large groups of employees. Analytical mind with business acumen. Great strategic thinking skills.
