We develop data and video analytics platforms, building on state-of-the-art technologies including AI, machine learning, big data and cloud services to enable the digitalization of mobility.The Head of Demand Planning reports directly to the Head of Global S&OP / Vice President of supply chain EMENA and is overall accountable for the Demand Planning and provides guidance to S&OP activities in the regions.Direct Responsibilities:Demand Planning, Pre-Procurement, and load optimization to Order Fulfillment.Main Objectives:Expert for demand, capacity, and material planning.Balance demand with supply to secure product availability.Address capacity issues and production location decisions.Drive decision making across the business through the S&OP process.Master Planning / Fulfillment Tasks:Get overview of complete demand based on orders, forecast, and requirements in cooperation with Sales, Product Management, and Regions.Partner with production planners to ensure execution of the production plans and support the resolution of supply issues.Facilitate prioritization for manufacturing and procurement, define escalation processes for Fulfillment of PO.Plan, schedule, and coordinate materials availability to assist production developed schedules.Research business issues to define risks and opportunities.Lead a small team of planners.Data cube to be designed, ease the data collection/data analysis (IT involvement required - project).Support bidding for customers' projects.S&OP:Analysis of the current processes and systems in Planning.Design and drive the implementation of the future S&OP process.Establish dashboards and reporting KPIs to support transparency for decision making.Steer and strengthen the organization and stakeholder capabilities along S&OP.SIOP & IBP to be further integrated as a target.Tool to be developed with IT.Your Profile:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a minimum of 5+ years' experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, and Procurement, specifically in Sales & Operations Planning.
