Job Overview
As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in nurturing and expanding our relationships with key clients.
Your primary goal is to support and enhance our clients' experience by understanding their needs and ensuring they fully leverage our products and services to drive their success.
This role requires a blend of customer service, project management, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: Build and strengthen relationships with key enterprise and mid-market clients, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.Conduct thorough onboarding sessions for new clients, facilitating a seamless integration of our solutions into their workflows.Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services that align with client needs and drive increased engagement.Develop an in-depth understanding of clients' organizations, objectives, and workflows to maximize the value of our products and services.Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs swiftly, ensuring a consistent level of high-quality service.Track account health and proactively address any potential issues to ensure long-term client satisfaction and retention.Requirements: Proven experience in Account Management, ideally within a SaaS or Fintech environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to navigate complex client organizations.Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce and a solid understanding of customer success best practices.Analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend tailored solutions.Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.Preferred Qualifications: Background in financial services or a related field.Experience managing enterprise accounts and familiarity with upselling strategies.What's In It For You: International Culture: Work in a diverse global environment with headquarters in Marbella, Spain, and offices in New York and London.Competitive Salary: We offer a fair and competitive salary for your time and effort.Transportation: Free company shuttle bus from Malaga, Fuengirola, la Riviera, and Estepona.
