Ensure problems are resolved and raised as appropriate.Own project/program improvement plans and oversee execution of lessons learnt/remediation plans.Assure/develop service transition plans to ensure project delivered solutions are sustainable within a BAU operations environment, including controlled hand-over into operational support.Ensure the project team adheres to all standards including quality and compliance, as well as processes, defined technical capabilities, and best practices as defined by the Global ITPPM Group as partner for close collaboration. Establish program governance and deliver decision point reviews, member Steering Committee meetings.Support Associate Director, INTL IT Portfolio & Operational Excellence Lead, with project planning and facilitating team meetings, project status meetings, RAID log, preparing agenda and minutes, driving, and securing follow-up on agreed actions.Support Associate Director, Portfolio & Operational Excellence Lead with advance preparation for strategic planning, deep dives/reviews, IT/business governance meetings in delivering quality presentations.Drive full visibility of the INTL IT RDU portfolio, supporting demand management, prioritization, and investment decision making with the IT leadership team and Business Partners.You will need to have:Excellent planning and resource management skills, strong project and program management skills, and proven experience controlling large project, program, and portfolio budgets.Demonstrated experience working independently to provide best in class operations and program management expertise to ensure excellence in execution.Expert Program Management skills, with proven track record of delivering broad, complex and/or strategic projects/programs combined with the ability to execute at tactical project-level activities and tasks including defining project scope, team building, integrated project scheduling, risk and issue management, communication planning, status reporting to all levels of stakeholders, and tollgate management.Profound understanding and adherence to PMI's or similar Project and Portfolio Management methodologies.Advanced knowledge of Program/Project Management tools and techniques in the areas of process mapping, milestone planning, planning and facilitation of meetings, change management, and scheduling tools.Broad understanding of IT systems and technology implemented within a business context.Superb communication and relationship management skills, excellent written and oral communication including capacity to comfortably interface with Cross Functions.
