Construction Program Manager, Strategic Business Support ResponsibilitiesProject manage program level initiatives from development to embedment, aligning with internal and cross functional stakeholders.Facilitating and developing key performance indicators and dashboards, across all pillars, in alignment with ICM mission and initiatives and in collaboration with cross-functional partners.Manage the development and use of a Project Charter to align the expectations of project stakeholders.Utilize tools such as RACI charts and process flow charts to communicate clear ownership and responsibilities.Develop key process metrics, gather and analyze data to identify and organize process improvement opportunities.Establish KPI's and associated scorecards to monitor improvement.Facilitating regular strategic planning follow ups for collaboration and accountability.Monitoring the effectiveness of strategic planning, alignment, and optimization efforts. Champion and support course correction efforts when required.Drive the consistent use of processes across teams and locations.Facilitating and participating in the planning and development of strategies for large Strategic Events & Summits and Vendor Business Reviews.Review programmatic data and surveys, identifying key strategic insights.Coordinate key stakeholders to support a standardized review process and outcome.Facilitate in person vendor reviews between ICM and critically strategic vendors.25% travel to construction sites is required (domestic & international locations).Minimum QualificationsOrganization, communication and presentation experience.Experience with various scheduling methodologies - critical path, Gantt charts, resource planning.Experience providing alternate solutions or bringing new solutions from different industries.Bachelor's in Construction Management or equivalent degree.Experience with construction management processes and systems in the areas of scheduling, budgeting, quality control, safety, cost forecasting, change management and pre-construction.Experience with the various stages of a capital development program - design through construction.10+ years experience in the construction industry. Mission critical data center experience would be a positive.Experience with MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Preferred QualificationsMasters Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.Certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or BMS Controls.#J-18808-Ljbffr
