Head of Air Cargo Revenue Management, EU AIR - Cargo Amazon Air (AIR) is seeking a highly enthusiastic and motivated Principal Program Manager to join the Air Cargo team. The Principal Program Manager finds and executes value-creation opportunities and manages relationships across the entire lifecycle of the business. As trusted advisors, this Principal PM will work at a programmatic level; influence their business planning and strategy; and look around corners to identify obstacles and recommend solutions, ensuring owners make effective business decisions and are set up for success.

Key Job ResponsibilitiesCoordinating Business and Financial Health Reviews to discuss business performance and new opportunities, as well as to provide benchmarking data and insights.Regional benchmarking, price positioning, and profit analysis leading to overall rate structure and cargo pricing strategy vision.Supporting new demand opportunity assessment/pricing strategy with a focus on recurring rate adjustments.Serving as a key contributor on the Cargo Management team, defining and delivering initiatives that expand the Cargo program.Managing working-level relationships across the organization.Identifying workflow inefficiencies and working to formulate and implement operational improvements at the network level.Using expertise and judgment to select stakeholders to determine the right goals, inform decisions, and design long-term solutions.Communicating goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to cross-functional project teams to gain buy-in and deliver programs.Working within time constraints to meet business-critical needs (often managing multiple, time-sensitive, and high-priority initiatives simultaneously).Systematically escalating problems or variances in the operating plan to the relevant owners and teams, following through to resolution to ensure they are delivered.Preparing and delivering business reviews to senior leadership updating on progress and roadblocks.Basic QualificationsBachelor's degreeExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsExperience in program or project managementExperience managing, analyzing, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements10+ years of work experience inclusive of 5+ years of experience in the Aviation industry
