We are currently seeking a Local HR Business Partner to join our team and actively contribute to the development and execution of impactful HR strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Serve as a strategic partner to local managers, providing guidance on HR matters and ensuring alignment with business objectives.Support the governance of all HR-related topics in collaboration with the Regional HRBP, ensuring consistency and compliance.Apply deep knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices in Spain to guide managers and employees effectively.Manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring exceptional employee experiences.Act as a coach to managers, empowering them to foster growth, development, and performance within their teams.Drive initiatives to promote a culture of dialogue, feedback, and collaboration within the organization.Oversee employee wellbeing and advocate for a healthy, inclusive, and dynamic workplace environment.Lead conflict resolution and employee relations, ensuring fair and timely resolutions.Play a pivotal role in payroll supervision and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.Travel between our offices in Madrid and Vitoria as needed to ensure a strong HR presence and employee engagement.Drive continuous process improvement in HR operations, leveraging tools such as JIRA and SAP to resolve operational demands efficiently.Present engaging monthly HR business updates to employees locally, fostering transparency and alignment with company objectives. Essential Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
