#About the gig We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to collaborate closely with our Education team as the Subject Matter Expert and/or lead teacher. You will be responsible for developing and delivering content that covers the latest strategies, tools, and techniques in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Your expertise will ensure the course is both academically rigorous and highly practical, providing students with real-world skills they can apply immediately in CRM management, customer engagement, and business solutions.
#Responsibilities As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for delivering the following (non-exhaustive):
Have calls with external stakeholders involved in the bootcamp to understand their needs and define the scope of it.Detailed syllabus for a Microsoft Dynamics bootcamp, including learning outcomes, modules to be taught, assessment methods, etc.Develop the course materials for a self-paced prework and teacher-led and self-paced (combined) bootcamp materials.Develop exercises aligned with learning goals and lessons taught.Develop tailored project briefs and project evaluation rubrics.If you're also interested in teaching the course, your responsibilities would include:
Prepare lesson plans that are balanced and meet the needs of the group and adjust lesson plans to take account of learning success and difficulties.Alternate between teaching in the classroom versus pairs or groups, giving clear instructions.Oversee the whole academic experience of the Ironhack bootcamp.Facilitate a safe, supportive, and energetic community that welcomes the various needs and learning styles of your students.Challenge students to think strategically as they turn their ideas into real user design projects.Collaborate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and the customer to ensure that students achieve their professional goals.Administer assessment tasks and give students timely and accurate feedback on learning outcomes.#Skills Experience: at least 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics, with a strong technical and admin focus.Technical Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM customizations, configurations, and integrations.Strong knowledge of workflows, plugins, Power Platform, and data management within Dynamics CRM.Experience with Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing is a plus.Licenses (not mandatory but a plus): Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing License; Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Plan; Power Apps License; Admin and Developer Licenses; Dynamics 365 Project Service Automation.Industry Expertise: preferably experience in highly regulated industries where CRM is critical to customer engagement and data management.Educational Background: a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar is preferred.Content Creation Experience: experience in creating content and materials for teaching or training purposes is highly valued.
