As such MSF is by choice an association.CONTEXT AND GENERAL OBJECTIVE OF THE POST The Emergency Response Training aims at targeting the main learning needs related to the core of MSF activities. It needs to keep being updated every year in order to reflect the best and more updated OCBA practices in emergency response. Last ERT training done f2f in February 2020, so there is a backlog of staff to be trained. The restrictions due to the Covid19 imposed a virtual methodology during 2 years,starting in 2022 a mixed approach blended and purely online was available to feed different Operational leaning needs. The main objective of the position is to develop in collaboration with the instructional designer the adjustments required, so at the end of the revision, the ERT will reflect the best and more updated OCBA practices in emergency response and will be possible to deliver both face to face and virtually. It requires working in close collaboration with the operations learning referent and the relevant people in HQ, especially in the medical department, but also in the logistics one. This position is hierarchically and functionally accountable to Operations Learning Referent (OLR). RESPONSIBILITIES AND MAIN TASKS Review the existing materials. Review related learning resources on emergencies (AI, CADM, etc.) Participate in the design of the learning solution together with the Instructional Designer and the OLR. Review the compiled proposals for improvements. Propose updates of the existing ERT modules and new modules according to evolution of the emergency priorities
