Aimed at high-growth SMEs, they have experienced great development in recent years and today bring together more than 150 companies with an aggregate value of €19 billion. BME Scaleup is a recently launched market, specialised in smaller companies, classified as "scale ups".What will your job be like? Our team is multidisciplinary and works in an agile and collaborative way so that more and more small companies can finance their growth in the stock market. It analyses candidate companies and follows them once they have joined. It is also responsible for attracting Startups and Scaleups through the Pre-Market Environment initiative. Additionally, it serves other types of companies on Latibex, the only euro market for securities in Latin America.What You BringAt least 3 years' experience. Experience in Venture Capital and startup financing and/or in the areas of auditing, Corporate Finance or financial or stock market analysis teams will be especially valued.Graduate with a Master's degree (or equivalent).Extensive knowledge in the following areas: accounting analysis, financial information, sources of financing, financial analysis and business valuation techniques and corporate and stock market law.Effective communicator with strong presentation skills. Empathetic team player, assertive, and organized.Proficient in English at a C1 level (Advanced or equivalent).What You Will DoAnalysis and selection of candidate companies (business model, financial statements, risks, corporate structure, etc.) for BME Growth and BME Scaleup, and to a lesser extent, for Latibex.Management of files for admission of companies to the market and subsequent financial operations.
