You will have experience in activating brand and product campaigns at a global or local level and will support the day-to-day activities of the global marketing campaign team. Every day you will strive to put the consumer/customer at the heart of everything we do.Reporting to the Senior Campaigns Manager, you will use your creative and organisational skills to help design and develop marketing materials and campaigns, liaising with colleagues across Group Marketing, Regional Marketing and our external agency partners. This is an exciting opportunity for a growing marketing expert to expand their skills set and help build and bring to life the Pearson English Language value proposition both internally and externally.Key Accountabilities:Support the Marketing team to deliver our global 'big bet' campaigns.Taking ownership and execution of 1-2 workstreams.Execute day-to-day tasks including: creating and designing marketing channel highlights, digital materials, newsletters, power-point presentations, webinars and events.Support ongoing efforts to expand Pearson ELL's digital and social media presence including its YouTube, Instagram and Facebook content, plus, other digital products (e.G. Help Me Choose tool).Create content for our own channels and campaigns.Actively participate in global/cross geography projects aimed at creating global campaigns to be later trans-created locally.Be the campaign scorecard guru - monitoring channel performance against KPIs.Work with the Market Insights team to research, analyse, and report back on current marketing trends and share them with the team.Take responsibility for raising Purchase Orders and own the Campaign budget tracker.Manage approvals process of marketing materials.Proactively work with and distribute marketing materials to global in market partners and follow up to ensure we maximise usage.Build close working relationships across group and regional marketing, and with other key stakeholders across the organisation.Follow up or respond to marketing queries
