Additional Location(s): Spain-Madrid; France-Voisins le Bretonneux; Germany-Düsseldorf; Italy-Milan; Netherlands-Kerkrade; Poland-Warsaw; Portugal-Lisboa; United Kingdom-Hemel Hempstead.Diversity - Innovation - Caring - Global Collaboration - Winning Spirit - High PerformanceAt Boston Scientific, we'll give you the opportunity to harness all that's within you by working in teams of diverse and high-performing employees, tackling some of the most important health industry challenges.This is a hybrid role and can be done at any of our EMEA offices (Kerkrade, Madrid, Paris, Milan, Hemel Hempstead, Warsaw, Dusseldorf).About The Role:The product lead will work with the Product Owner to represent the needs of the global FIM community (5,500 users across all divisions).Your Responsibilities Include:Help identify business requirements, write and groom user stories, and validate product features and design.Execute test scripts Salesforce and integration releases during informal and formal user acceptance testing.Communicate product updates back to business stakeholders frequently through different channels - demos, release notes, training documentation/videos, and user guides.Provide end-user support and escalate/manage unresolved issues, working with other teams where necessary.Facilitate train the trainer and end-user training sessions.Resolve issues related to business use of implemented systems or processes by working with systems or process owners and project teams to find acceptable solutions.Incorporate Agile, Lean, and User Centered Design methodologies to execute on product development, implementation, and operations.Create reports and dashboards in SFDC to show adoption, trends, etc., when applicable.Support team meetings (standup, grooming, retrospective, gFIM update) and help plan and facilitate stakeholder and end-user meetings/workshops.Participate in global projects where applicable.Stay current on new features, functionality, and application capabilities of Salesforce.com to address business requirements.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Science, Business, IT, or related field.Salesforce.com experience.Experience with agile framework.Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.Outgoing and willing to interact with business, technical, and user stakeholders frequently.Collaborative and flexible working with a diverse team.Strong data analysis skills: able to collect and analyze business information and draw accurate conclusions.Preferred:Salesforce.com experience.Experience with agile framework.Experience with JIRA.Boston Scientific is proud to be an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
