Your role: Manage CSIRT team responsible for managing complex cyber security incidents.
Collaborate with key stakeholders within the bank.
Be available to participate in the incident response procedure on a 24x7 basis.
Champion advanced tools and technologies for perimeter security capabilities.
Optimize processes and standards of network defense implementation.
Recommend security controls and/or corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement in cyber response capability.
What you'll bring QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of Incident Response and Handling methodologies.
Knowledge of cyber incident categories and timelines for responses.
Knowledge of risk management processes.
Focus on service excellence.
LEADERSHIP & MANAGEMENT BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead and motivate the information security team.
Excellent stakeholder management skills.
