This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.Key Responsibilities:Customer Support for Slovenian Clients: Offer world-class customer service to Slovenian-speaking travelers by handling their inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. You'll provide assistance with booking reservations, travel itineraries, cancellations, and general inquiries, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our customers.Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns related to travel bookings, accommodation, transportation, and services.
