In this challenging role you will help end clients solve problems and answer any questions they may have. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls, emails, web phone interactions, live chat, social media, and outbound calls. Provide customer and technical support for company products Foster positive customer relationships. Adapt to changes in inquiries, product updates, and market dynamics.
