Job overview and responsibility - Setting goals , strategy , developing plans for business and revenue growth in your region
- Working rigorously on partnerships and product promotion
- Meeting associates on daily basis ,coordinating and maintaining good relationships with the associates and resolving their queries
- Achieving and exceeding monthly intake targets of applications and payments
- Pursuing leads for new associates and getting them on- board
- Ensuring associates tie-up with GeeBee grows over a period of time and GeeBee becomes their preferred partner of choice for business
- Generating more business (applications, payments etc.) through the associates
- Following up with Associates for pending documents, payments or any other requirement
- Ensure smooth coordination between the associates and the Operations team and ensure smooth flow of processes
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives
- Researching prospective associates in target markets and recruiting more associates
- Taking initiative and efforts to build a professional work environment, ensure that deadlines are met and the associates have a positive experience during the entire admission process
- Train associates with GeeBee processes and digital products; increase adoption of GeeBee products among associates
- Stay updated with the latest Overseas Education Industry, University newsletter and is able to communicate effectively with associates
Required skills and experiences - Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent knowledge about the region as the role involves extensive travel
- Qualified as a graduate/ postgraduate or equivalent with the knowledge of good computer skills
- Have at least 2 years of experience within study abroad segment (experience in sales)
- Have a good network of agents/agencies/recruiters
- Have a good personality, a positive attitude & the ability to manage a team
- Should be aware of the global current affairs
Preferred skills and experiences - Working in Master Agent is a plus
