Job Purpose To lead a team & develop concepts, graphics and layouts for product illustrations.
Key Performance Indicators The primary indicator will be: Proven team leadership Proof of creativity, up-to-date knowledge of design trends and visual culture Secondary indicators will include: Accuracy of completion of duties Clear, concise communications internally and externally Job Duties - Lead a team of designers in the creation of design concepts and to follow-up all required developments in order to meet the client's expectations.- Prompt creation of production artwork ready for manufacturing in accurate industry standards and format.- The creation of all on-brand product and credential presentations for client meetings.- The design of publicity literature, catalogues (with the possibility of a periodic newsletter on request).- Graphics assistance in any other area, i.E., internal design assets and marketing materials.
Skills and Experience - A minimum of 2 years' experience of product development and design for international brands would be preferred.- Creative with a good sense of design trends and visual culture.- Fluent in English.- Experience working with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign and MS Office.- Experience with 3D rendering.
