ResponsibilitiesContact Management - Always provide first-class customer satisfaction and do whatever is necessary to support our B2B partners following the provided guidelines. Handle incoming B2B contacts, log contact details onto customer tracking systems, and perform follow-ups according to procedures. Ensure correct presentation of the Client's corporate and brand identity in all interactions.Knowledge Management - Attend all training to prove expertise and understanding of all topics relevant to the service. Provide proactive feedback to team leaders regarding new solutions, potential escalations, or service issues in order to find solutions in cooperation with the Client if not within WEBHELP's guidelines.
