About the role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AI Program Manager to join our Corporate IT & Data Solutions team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the rollout of the SD Worx AI program.
This role involves managing multiple tracks, together with the to-be-identified track leaders.
Some example tracks that will be part of this program include:
Defining an AI technology strategy and assuring this AI strategy gets embedded into the division-specific strategies.Deploying an AI training kit.Building an AI legal & compliance framework.Creating AI awareness & AI evangelism.Ensuring AI security.Following up on some key AI use cases and division-specific AI roadmaps.What do you have to offer?
Excellent stakeholder management at all levels including C-level, across all business units.
Proven experience in program management (5+ years), preferably within a technology area.
Strong interest and understanding of AI technologies and their potential applications in a corporate environment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Fluent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Coordinating the end-to-end implementation of the AI program, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
Defining the AI technology strategy, together with your colleagues from the AI center of excellence.
