Junior Trade Support Analyst León Office - Hybrid: 4 days a week office-based working, 1 day working from home - including shift work in the evenings to support trading in different time zones - evening shifts will be paid an enhanced rate of pay. About the Role This position will be part of the Trade Support team of Ebury Group Treasury, interacting constantly with the FX dealing floor, and reporting to the Trade Support Manager. Your Responsibilities: Management of client FX trades including trade verification, confirmation, and amendments in line with internal processes and SLAs. Management of FX trades booked with liquidity providers, including matching and reconciliation via various third-party platforms. Rate provision and deal execution for trades booked with specific liquidity providers, including internal book. Management of trade amendments and ad-hoc exceptions in line with internal processes and SLAs. Creation and provision of supplementary trade documentation, including statements, where required. Communicate with our main stakeholders (Liquidity Providers, Front Office...) when needed. Complete allocated tasks with focus, and in a timely manner. Communicate the status of tasks to colleagues, supervisors, and managers, and escalate problems swiftly, as needed. Adhere to all internal policies, processes, and procedures.
