HireOn Ltd Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company that is seeking to onboard a Customer Service Representative in Barcelona. Position:Customer Service Representative (Danish) Part-Time
Location:Remote, anywhere in Spain
Remuneration:€ 749.33/month
Contract:3 months contract, 30h/week
Working Days/Hours:Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm
Training:2 weeks / Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Working collaboratively with consumers to answer product information requests and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way.You can put yourself in our customers' shoes, analyze their problems and offer them individual solutions.Developing a sound understanding of the products and services offered by our client.Embrace our company values and act as a brand ambassador.REQUIREMENTS:A fluent level of Danish (C1) with exceptional grammar and spelling skills.High level of English (C1) (Both written and spoken).A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.Ability to deal with sensitive calls with empathy.Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail.A professional outlook and proactive approach to problem-solving.OFFER:Part-time: (20 hours/week)Working days/Hours: Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm.Incentives: Top performance incentives.Paid bank holidays + 1 extra day in lieu.Work from anywhere in Spain.
