THE BUSINESS ROLE - Work with senior management to deliver new processes and methods for the Evaluation function.- Validate products in all categories in orientation with the company olfactive strategy.- Build & manage an expansive fragrance library.- Olfactive evaluation projects, working with customers to define & determine briefs for ongoing work.- Study market products and research trends in all fields (fashion, consumer goods, cosmetics, art).- Ensure quality & regulatory requirements are met with fragrance development projects.REQUIREMENTS:Graduated from a Perfumery School or master's degree in Perfumery.Minimum 2-5 years' experience working as a Fragrance Evaluator.Excellent smelling and olfactory skills.Passionate about the fragrance industry (all categories).Ability to multi-task (be able to help in laboratory tasks if needed).Fluent in English and Spanish.
