.Your mission : As Coordinator Events and Outreach, your role involves attracting and enrolling students to Schiller International University while monitoring lead generations from fairs, events, and high schools until the enrolment stage. This role is crucial in attracting and retaining students, contributing to the overall success and growth of the institution.Your profile : Here are your key responsibilities:Developing School Relations & Marketing Strategies : Lead and create a comprehensive high school plan.Build partnerships with high schools, international colleges, and other educational institutions to increase Schiller's visibility.Collaborate with relevant organizations to promote educational programs.Assist in local and high school fairs.Lead Generation and Conversion : Manage inquiries and leads generated through schools, fairs, and various marketing efforts.Implement strategies to convert leads into enrolled students.Provide information and guidance to prospective students throughout the enrolment process.Collaboration on Content Creation : Develop engaging and informative content for promotional materials.Assist in developing content for the institution's website, social media platforms, and other communication channels on recruitment efforts.Highlight the institution's unique selling points, academic programs, and achievements.Event Planning : Assist and organize recruitment events, such as open days, fairs, and information sessions.Coordinate campus tours and activities to showcase campus life and facilities.Data Analysis : Analyze Salesforce data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.Use data insights to refine and optimize recruitment campaigns.Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Whitelist : Conduct research to identify countries where SIU needs to be recognized.Ensure that proper documentation is sent to regulatory bodies by working with all stakeholders involved.Admissions Support : Work closely with the admissions team to streamline the enrolment process.Budget Management : Ensure the budget allocated for recruitment and marketing activities is not exceeded.Ensure cost-effective strategies to maximize the impact of marketing efforts.Communication Skills : Maintain effective communication with internal stakeholders, including recruitment, admissions, student services, and marketing.Provide clear and concise information to prospective students and their families.Position requirements :Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, International Relations, Education).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Experience in market research is an asset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.Bilingual in English & Spanish
