Your responsibilities will be:Supporting the planning, reporting and commission processes on the calculation, analysis and tools deployment, contributing with improvement proposals or best in class identified processes in any division.Helping on the commissions task, by participating in the accrual and payout calculation, integrating the Commission implementation project for EMEA.Collaborating on the month-end close activities: Collaborate with the owners of the divisions and geographies assigned in creating the reports, liaising with the FP&As to identify information updates and improvement areas, understanding gaps.Contributing to accelerate projects by actively participating, creating an open communication channel with the users, gathering business requirements, involving them in the testing phase, incorporating feedback on the scope, etc.Understanding EMEA forecasting process and periods to be a key element in the definition and load of the estimations from the six divisions and 73 countries involved.What do we look for in you:Graduated from a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Business related field.Fluency in English and Spanish required.Excellent Microsoft Excel knowledge.Good knowledge of basic financial concepts.Strong communication skills with the ability to work within an international matrix team environment.Autonomy, with the ability to take decisions and bring new ideas to the table.What we can offer to you:12-month paid internship (1000€ gross per month + tickets restaurant);Working in an international environment;Attractive benefits package;Inspirational colleagues & culture;A team-oriented company culture;International opportunities;Possibility to make an impact;Fast Growing and innovative environment.A career with Boston Scientific is more than just a job.
