Could you be the full-time Site Transportation Coordinator in Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Barcelona) we're looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your import/export expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll manage the execution of the transportation activities (inbound, outbound) for the Site and supports the transformation of Alstom transportation organization in line with the Global Supply Chain strategy . Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (demand planning, supply chain), manage and optimize Site operations and shipments ensuring process and regulations compliance and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing the relationship and operating contracts with key strategic provider(s) and driving transformation initiatives .
We'll look to you for:
Take care of the planning and execution of transportation & logistics flows including Customs activities to fulfill Sites Supply Chain requirements
Lead the governance established between the site and the transportation service providers in line with the transportation strategy
Maintain and sustain the Transportation performance scorecard both in terms of quality of the services and costs
Liaise with the Global Transportation team and its pillars (Overseas-TCTs, Regional-TCTs and Project Out-of-Gauge) to deploy the transportation strategy
Facilitate communication towards internal and external stakeholders
Supports strategic programs, projects and network studies for the Transportation organization to achieve AT operational objectives
Drive consistency in process, systems & data
Team management
Contribute actively to the definition and implementation of the Indirect Sourcing strategy
Participate in Suppliers Performance and Business reviews (monthly / quarterly per Suppliers governance model)
Be the main contact for transport RFP to collect data and build specifications
Be the Site Customs referent

3-5 years of experience in customs management
