Your role and work environment : We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our Team of SRE Expert Unit.
The responsibility of this team is to ensure the reliability and scalability of the platform to provide the best customer experience to our clients and our way of working is to guide product teams on accomplishing their availability goals by developing SRE practices along with them.
Your key responsibilities : Positively contribute to the development of SRE Practices: Detect & Repair: Observability, Incident Response & Postmortems Prevention & Prioritization: Capacity Management, Reliability Testing & Error Budget Sharing the knowledge and providing awareness campaigns to SRE practices Identification areas for improvements and providing technical hands-on assistance for IT service owners in SRE Practices Defining and reporting SRE metrics, ensuring if company's production systems are highly reliable, available, efficient, secure, and scalable Fostering a culture of implementing optimal observability and monitoring Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in SRE and platform management Partner with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SRE objectives with business goals Improve service reliability through blameless post-incident reviews and using code to prevent or respond to problem reoccurrence What are we looking for? Proven track record and technical skills: Strong understanding of system design principles, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure Deep knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog, AppDynamics, New Relic) Solid knowledge in Linux, system monitoring, Infrastructure-as-a-Service and configuration management Ability to troubleshoot problems using high- and low-level debugging tools and techniques throughout all our stack Knowledge in: Ansible, Docker, Azure DevOps Knowledge with cloud computing and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift) System testing skills including performance testing to stress the systems and find the limits Experience with version control tools (Git) Ability to automate using Python / Go Desirable skills: Experience working in Software Development (e.g., Java - 3+ years) Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams What do we offer?
