The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills, along with a passion for creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for children and families. The Manager will be responsible for daily management of staff, customer service, and ensuring the smooth functioning of all activities and services.Key ResponsabilitiesLeadership & Team Management :Supervise, schedule, and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service.Motivate and lead the team to create a positive and productive environment.Manage the hiring, onboarding, and development of new team members.Operational Oversight :Ensure daily operations are efficient, including opening and closing duties.Oversee the scheduling of activities, parties, and special events.Ensure that the facility is always clean, safe, and well-maintained.Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies.Customer Service :Act as the main point of contact for customers, addressing concerns and feedback professionally.Ensure a positive experience for all guests, providing information and assistance when needed.Handle complaints and resolve conflicts quickly and effectively.Safety & Compliance :Ensure all safety protocols are followed and the environment is safe for children.Adhere to and enforce company policies and relevant local regulations.Manage the implementation of health and safety standards, including staff training.Financial Management :Oversee the budget and financial performance of the center.Track and manage daily revenue, sales, and expenses.Prepare reports for senior management.QualificationsProven experience as a Manager, preferably in a children's entertainment or family-oriented business.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Understanding of basic financial management.Passion for working with children and creating memorable experiences for families.BenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunity for career growth and development.Working hoursThe Manager is required to work full-time, including some vweekends and some bank-holidays, to oversee the peak times of operation.This role reports to the owner of the company
