This is where you come in.What You Will Do:Develop strong relationships with key category management stakeholders and be very familiar with their new product introduction roadmaps, customer pain points, positioning strategy and main competitors.Ensure the new products fit seamlessly into the existing ecosystem (within nav, category pages, site-wide search etc.).Responsible for leading identifying and scaling wins to improve benefit for the larger portfolio, creating consistencies in the shopping experience where possible.Understand and monitor key metrics and levers the site team influences. Flag when performance deviates outside of trends, identifying the drivers and proposing actions.Conduct research and deep dives leveraging tools including Looker, Quantum Metrics and UserTesting.Drive merchandising experimentation roadmap for respective squad.Responsible for creating learning agendas (including hypothesis formation etc.), experiment setup, monitoring experiments and high-level analysis.Maintain strong partnership with embedded analytics team members that support with supplemental analysis and new metric creation.Communicate key findings to stakeholders, upcoming plans and progress updates by providing inputs into weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews.Act as a key stakeholder and partner with one designated collaboration team to represent the POC for the team. Advocate for improvements/experiments etc. on behalf of the EU Category Experience team.Regularly share out key learning and progress from the collaboration group with the larger team.When Category Experience feedback is required, they will provide context, and collect and consolidate feedback from Category Management and Site Experience partners within the EU Category Experience team.Your Qualifications:At Vista, we are striving to hire individuals that add new ideas and perspectives to our teams and enhance our culture.
