You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates.
You'll lead the transformation of manufacturing processes and technologies, ensuring the highest standards in industrial quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) management.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering), oversee the development and implementation of manufacturing plans and resources, and much more.
We'll look to you for : Contribution of site manufacturing organization to Industrial Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) Management, Supply chain process definition & validation, Quality plan validation, Oversight of industrialization activities, Manufacturing contribution to Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) risks & Ergonomics analysis, Preparation of the site manufacturing activities, including manufacturing planning and resource management, Industrial process Hand-over from Project Manufacturing Engineering (PME) to manufacturing, Training of operators covering manufacturing & self-inspections, Continuous improvement of SQCD performance of the manufacturing organization, Responsible for manufacturing equipment management (Investment requirements, OEE, Utilization ratio, ) Contribution to site assets optimization (CAPEX reductions, CAPEX optimizations, Flexible manufacturing lines, ...) Contribution to site / Alstom Indus 4.0 deployment initiatives (AOS, Automation, Digitalization) All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
