Site Manager / Renewable Energy (Italia) From  Melt Group  we are looking for a  Site Manager  on behalf of an International  Renewable Energy  contractor for several proyects in  Italy.Responsabilities to be carried out: Planning of works and study of project monitoring data.Engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.Resource management for project implementation.Review and monitoring of the schedules of the different subcontractors.Certification of subcontractors and payment statements.Coordination between the different departments involved in the projects.Implementation of rules for the control of deviations.Standard presentation of project status to management and the client.Preparation of status reports.Monitoring of purchasing and manufacturing processes for project equipment.Elaboration and implementation of procedures for monitoring and control of construction phase activities.Evaluation of supplies and subcontracts for contracting.Monitoring of the project's testing and legalisation processes.Monitoring of the quality and environmental management of the project.Monitoring of the project's health and safety management.Monthly reports and risk assessment.Monitoring of the general evolution of the project.Monitoring of the progress of construction and commissioning activities.Requirements: +5 years of experience in a similar position.Degree in Civil Engineering or similar.High Level of English and/or Spanish.Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.Proactive and autonomous profile.High level of communication to report to the board in Spain.Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.#J-18808-Ljbffr
