Mission
As a Site Manager within AXPO Solar, you supervise the correct execution (physical execution and commissioning) of the works that guarantees the quality of our PV plants.
You will report to the Head of Construction, your main missions will be:
Lead, plan, control and coordinate all the activities during the works.Responsible for the HSEQ compliance on site.1st point of contact between the company and subcontractors and third parties.Responsible for the delivery of the equipment on site.Responsible for verifying that the works are done in accordance with the local, national and international regulations.Participating in the establishment of the detailed list of materials needed for the sites (if needed).Weekly reports responsible (construction progress report, inventory checklist, HSEQ report, machinery list…).Responsible for the commissioning of the infrastructures.Approval of contractor's & subcontractor's works.Carring out the controls of the conformity of the services at the end of the building sites.Ensuring the tests, trials and operations prior to acceptance of the works in accordance with the Urbasolar QAP.Organization & participation in the on-site meetings.Participating in the improvement of processes and in technical monitoring.Reporting any hazards and risks that appear during the construction phase. You have an engineering university degree (civil or electrical) to a master's degree and have +3 years of experience in construction sites (photovoltaic).
Good technical knowledge in photovoltaic, electricity and building, carpentry.
As a true conductor, you will be responsible for the proper conduct of the site.
You are rigorous, autonomous and have a sense of responsibility.
You will be required to be 100% of your time on site and to travel extensively.
Position to be filled immediately on a permanent basis.
English is needed.
