The role of Site Implementation & Training Specialist is a critical role in the engagement of Biosite customers in ensuring a smooth introduction to life with Biosite as well as encouraging adoption among users. The role involves providing in-depth knowledge on functionality and capabilities of Biosite's entire product range to achieve the best solution for the customer needs.The role holder will lead remote and on-site training with customers in how to use Biosite products and will support the business in providing and updating training material and user guides over time. The position will report directly to the Implementation & Training Lead within Biosite's Professional Services team.
