aizoOn, a global technological consulting company, is looking for a Site HSE Manager.
The ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring the compliance of all HSE activities with Spanish regulations, client requirements, and the company's environmental and safety standards, including those of suppliers and subcontractors.
The Site HSE Manager will also coordinate the implementation of HSE policies, promote a safety culture on-site, and support the project team in managing HSE issues with subcontractors.
Key responsibilities include: • Ensuring compliance with ISM, SOLAS, and MARPOL for vessel operations.
• Supporting risk management processes (e.g., HAZID) and the Permit to Work system.
• Conducting accident investigations, analyzing trends, and proposing improvement plans.
• Performing HSE audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and local regulations.
• Developing and delivering HSE training programs to enhance safety awareness across the project team and subcontractors.
• Coordinating the planning, implementation, review, and auditing of the Company HSE Management System.
• Managing HSE performance indicators and ensuring proper waste management, including segregation, collection, and reporting.
• Collaborating with the "Recurso Preventivo" team on-site.
• Preparing and reviewing contractual HSE documentation in Spanish, including Safety Plans, Emergency Response Plans, and Waste Management Plans.
• Reviewing subcontractor HSE documentation in both Spanish and English.
PROFILE • Bachelor level qualification in relevant degree (Engineering, Science or Business).
• Fluent in Spanish and English TECHNICAL SKILLS • Senior Technician in PRL with at least the 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention Training title.
• Minimum of 5 years of HSE management experience in an EPCI work environment, including Onshore and Offshore Construction and Installation activities and vessel operations.
• Training to be appointed in line with "Recurso Preventivo." • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish HSE regulations for civil/excavation works.
Preferrable Skills GWO Basic Safety Trainings (5 modules) or equivalent Knowledge of Red Eléctrica HSE regulation Experience in dealing with subcontractors Proven knowledge of Spanish HSE regulation for civil/excavation works and with the International Maritime Organization ISM Code, Solas and Marpol.
PLACE OF WORK • From January to September 2025: Based in Algeciras, with recurrent trips to Ceuta side.
