Our global team is made up of 22,000 diverse and brilliant people, passionate about insights, innovation and committed to delivering the best products to our customers.What You Will DoIn a context of maternity coverage, The Site Finance Lead will provide direct financial leadership to the Madrid Site within the EMEA network, reporting into the EMEA Make Self Care Senior Finance Manager. This role will partner with the Site Director, Site Leadership Team members and the Regional and Global Consumer Supply Chain organizations to achieve short/long term financial performance commitments.The Site Finance Lead will be responsible for Site business planning as well as the monitoring of actual results. He/she will partner with the Profitability Management & Reporting team to drive insights on budget vs actual drivers, operational metrics, and frame results. Together with the Regional Finance Lead, this individual will propose/evaluate business cases (Capital, Investments, Site Master Plan, New Products) and support decision making with a focus on driving value.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Partnering and Decision Support: Establish a collaborative relationship with the Site Director and the Site Leadership Team.Performance Analytics and Reporting: Review and communicate performance on key financial drivers and metrics.Planning and Forecasting: Work with business partners to challenge assumptions, build models, review financial outputs and influence decision making.Product Cost Management: Oversee cost accounting activities, ensuring accurate allocation of costs, variance analysis, and cost-saving initiatives.Risk Management and Compliance: Support internal/external audits and drive a culture of compliance across the Site.Financial System: Support the implementation of SAP One S4 in the site and work cross-functionally to ensure successful rollout.QualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance as well as a professional accounting qualification.Fluency in Spanish, English, any other European Language would be a plus.3+ years of progressive finance experience preferably in Supply Chain Finance.Strong leadership skills to develop and implement a vision.High conceptual and analytical competence.Collaboration and Business Partnering
