Your future role Take on a new challenge and apply your facilities expertise in a new cutting-edge field.
You'll work alongside young and proactive teammates.
You'll manage the maintenance and good condition of buildings and facilities.
Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (production, supply chain), supervise the execution of the Facilities Management contracts and much more.
You'll specifically take care of managing and supervising the maintenance and optimization of plant assets (buildings and facilities), always respecting the defined legal and safety requirements and plant policies/strategies in relation to EHS and optimization of industrial means.
We'll look to you for: Monitor performance in accordance with established objectives and goals.
Support the diagnosis of incidents, as well as develop and follow up improvement action plans.
Support the construction of new infrastructures and facilities and the definition of new maintenance scopes.
Manage works for new implementations or evolutions that impact infrastructure, buildings, energy supply and facilities, according to the budget dedicated to each of the responsibilities.

5 years in similar positions.

Specific knowledge of buildings and general installations (compressors, air conditioning, electricity).
Knowledge of office automation and monitoring and control equipment.
Knowledge of CMMS type tools for the supervision of the maintenance service (For example: CMMS; GMAO).
