Job Description
1. Application of Skills & Capabilities

Efficiently uses AutoCAD for designs, details and revisions.
Performs encoding of AutoCAD drawings for plans, designs and revisions using standard format.
Produces sections and details to demonstrate practical installations.
Keeps directory of drawings and ensures that drawings are up-to-date and documented.
Prepares and submits reports on complete working drawings.

2. Quality Assurance

Ensures that the quality of work is within the acceptable level.
Minimizes errors and repetition of errors.
Assists in resolving issues and concerns related to the plans and designs.

3. Schedule and Timeliness

Submits designs, reports and other documents required by his/her immediate superior on or before the agreed deadline.
Minimizes or eliminates delays in designs and plans.
Submits requirements on time without compromising the quality of work.

4. Other Functions

Performs other administrative tasks of the Department, which are related to blueprints, drawings, etc.

Job Qualifications:

Graduate of Architect technology
0-2 years experience (Open for Fresh Graduate)
Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD and other computer applications
Willing to work in Ortigas City
Can start ASAP
