For the Scientific Innovation Project Management Office, we are looking for a Project Management Trainee.
Your main mission will be to contribute to the successful planning, execution, and completion of R&D projects.
Your Responsibilities Assist the project managers in managing the project plan, timeline, milestones, decision points, and communicating project status and escalating risks/issues as appropriate.
Support the projects team coordination and objectives achievement.
Collaborate in new PMO tools/systems (i.E., Smartsheet) implementation and procedures creation/update.
Your Profile You have a bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
You are studying a master or postgraduate degree in Project Management or Pharmaceutical Industry.
You are available for an internship of minimum 6 months, ideally 12, either part-time or full-time.
You have an advanced level of English (C1).
You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office.
You are a person with initiative, good attitude, flexible, eager to learn, and work well in a team.
