Your Role: "All Inclusive" Develop new ideas Work on actual engineering projects Coordinate with managers Implement new products and solutions Key Responsibilities: Support global teams to identify potential processes to be optimized Coordinate and align with various stakeholders involved Participate in real engineering projects related to Building Management Systems (BMS) Programming/Migration on Automation Level of HVAC plants Various engineering tasks depending on the assignment's location Work closely with a core team and take responsibility for your own tasks independently Technical Project Leader for International Projects: Lead engineering activities and facilitate collaboration among team members Strategize, plan, and steer the project for engineering scope Manage the engineering technical aspects ensuring project delivery in terms of scope, milestones, cost, and quality Assign team members and manage the budget for the engineering portion Interface with Project Managers for engineering matters Create technical reports required by clients or Project Managers Identify problems and distribute lessons learnt to improve internal processes Report project status, risks, opportunities, and budget to management and other departments Siemens Graduate Program Requirements: Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Computer Systems Relevant work experience (max 3 years between bachelor and master, max 1 year after graduation) Significant international experience (minimum 4 months) Desire for a long-term career at Siemens and willingness to take early responsibility Outstanding social and communication skills Distinctive analytical problem-solving abilities Global perspective and desire to work abroad Excellent (C1-C2) command of English (German is a plus) Motivation for international exchange and business trips abroad What We Offer: Kickstart your career at Siemens globally!
