We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner specializing in Product and Engineering recruitment. The role will be based on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract initially, based from our Hub in Madrid. The Role: As a trusted partner to our functional hiring managers, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding both hiring managers and candidates through the full life-cycle recruitment process. The position requires fluency in English and a background hiring top talent for Product and Engineering roles (Product Managers, Software Engineers, DevOps). You will own the End-to-End recruitment process from kick off, building and delivering on the candidate sourcing to assessment and offer management. You will collaborate with an ambitious team of TA Partners located across our global hubs, our TA Coordination team to help enhance scheduling and interview efficiency, and our Talent Marketing team to bolster the Celonis EVP and employer brand efforts.
Celonis is the market leader in Process Intelligence, and our TA team leverages this cutting-edge technology within our ATS, providing you with real-time data and state-of-the-art reporting functionalities. This empowers you to have visibility into funnel metrics and progress reporting, guiding your actions and enabling you to consult effectively with your stakeholder partners.
The work you'll do: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers to candidates for product management and engineering roles.Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies: Attract top talent, utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by providing timely feedback and communication. Work hand in hand with Talent Coordination to schedule interviews, providing necessary support and resources to both candidates and hiring managers.
