Mission:
- As part of AHE NH9O Product Support team, this position contributes to provide technical support toin-service NH9O Spanish fleets (as NHI/AHE DPC), as well as worldwide NH9O fleets related to FrontFuselage matters (as AHE SDR).
- This in-service Technical Support Service (TSS) aims to ensure Continuing Airworthiness and fleetserviceability, bringing solutions to technical problems encountered on in-service aircraft.
- AHE Product Support organization acts as a unique technical communication channel between NH9OSpanish End Users and AHE/NHI (Industry) for all technical queries & events of Spanish NH9OFleets. Downstream investigation and resolutions are handled and substantiated within the own AHEorganization as prime, and/or within NHI TSS organization and their partners.
- In case of FF topics, AHE acts as SDRC, where Product Support organization handles queries andevents from all customers and provides expertise and resolution with the AHE SDR support, if necessary. Key competencies:
- Aeronautical Engineer, or similar. High level of English.
- Ability to work in an international and multi-company team.
- High reactivity, agility and technical analysis skills.
- Customer oriented.
- Ability to work under customer pressure and in flexible time, if required.
- High level in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of CATIA or other additional computer skills may be valuable.
- Experience in the aeronautical sector is valuable, especially in Aircraft Maintenance.
