Understand and help develop new clients' relationships and promote the excellence in this commercial service offered to institutional clients to leverage the product business positioning and profitability.About the job:Key responsibilities included: Collaborate closely with the Global Macro FI / FX / Repo unit to coordinate the commercial and product strategy for institutional clients.Distribution of Private Placements.Quote and negotiate secondary market orders received from institutional clients, coordinating the pricing and deal closing with the Trading and Structuring desks, as required.Monitor the settlement and post-trade process, helping in solving key incidents and problems if needed.Execute secondary market transactions orders received from both the clients and/or the Trading desks.Price clients' requests in coordination with the Trading desks, and support Trading in finding potential buyers/sellers for specific positions of the trading book.Track the unit activity through in-house tools and data sources in the region under his/her scope monitoring main activity indicators, such as P&L; and hit/miss ratio.Follow up the operations' pipeline and the budget compliance.Interact permanently with the clients, organizing periodic visits together with different Global Markets units (as Research, and Syndication).Focus on reinforcing BBVA relationship with the clients and identifying new business opportunities.Collaborate with the FI E-Commerce unit in the commercialization of electronic platforms to the customers.Promote the bank's positioning as key player in the market in the region under his/her responsibility.Comply with both internal and external operational policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.Take part in different risks committees to manage the operation and/or credit lines' approval, when required.Stay abreast of the specific regulation that may affect the product commercialization to the institutional client segment under his/her responsibility.Focus on advising clients about the new regulation and offering them the most suitable transactions.Assist in the unit in coordinating with Legal and Compliance CIB the clients' on-boarding process.Assist in the communication with the client to get the required documentation.Generate recurrent income in order to meet the revenues targets that are set each year in the Global Sales unit and the Global Sales & Structuring overall budget
