WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ?7+ years of experience in web development with a focus on web accessibility.In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 A/AA guidelines and practical experience in ensuring compliance.Experience working with accessibility auditing tools like Axe, Wave, Monsido, DEQUE, VoiceOver Mac, and Google Lighthouse.Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a proven track record of fixing and optimizing code for accessibility.Ability to conduct thorough accessibility audits and provide clear, actionable recommendations.Experience working on Product Detail Pages (PDP), Product Listing Pages (PLP), and homepages from an accessibility perspective.Solid communication skills to work with cross-functional teams, providing leadership in accessibility best practices. WHAT WILL YOU DO?Lead and conduct web accessibility audits, ensuring that webpages and digital products comply with WCAG 2.1 A/AA standards.Use auditing tools to identify accessibility issues and develop solutions to address them.Work closely with development teams to implement accessibility improvements in product pages, homepages, and other web components.Create comprehensive reports outlining accessibility findings, recommendations, and timelines for resolution.Stay ahead of industry trends and standards related to web accessibility, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance.Provide training and guidance to other team members to raise awareness and skills in web accessibility.
