.Shopper & Perfect Store Leader Pharma - 2307003586WDescriptionJob responsibilities:Responsible for delivering Shopper toolkits, Category Growth Stories, and Perfect store guidelines for Self Care and Skin health brands across the pharmacy channel.Examples of brands in scope: Nicorette, Imodium, Microlax, Frenadol, Actifed, Neutrogena, Biafine, Aveeno, and Piz Buin.Work closely with the EMEA Shopper teams, Southern Europe Cluster Marketing, and Markets Brand activation to lead the design of the best shopper strategy and initiatives, ensuring consistency and scale on branded, multi-branded activation and NPIs.Collaborate with BTL agencies to develop activation Toolkits/concepts, support the launch of NPIs & amplification of brand claims as RTBs in the trade.Map out Perfect Store channel recommendations on placement in line with shopper research and educate on range through fact sheet development.Work closely with the Perfect Store team to identify opportunities on dashboards & loopholes in reporting Perfect Store KPIs.Build Shopper capabilities within the Cluster teams:Deliver & strengthen shopper understanding & capability across the cluster through educating on in-store communication guidelines to BA teams & agencies, alongside delivering Perfect Store fundamentals training to the Perfect Store, Channel, Customer/merchandising teams across the cluster.Ensure training on Perfect Store methodology and embed the culture in the teams.Foster and celebrate a culture of "execution excellence."Analysis & Data:Work closely with CBI, local teams, and external sources to develop insights, reviews, and deliver critical decisions.Draft & map out briefs with the Business Insights team to initiate shopper studies (path to purchase, etc.).Analyze top-line sell-out data (where available) to drive recommendations to the business for the BA teams to drive execution with the Sales teams reviews.Shopper Business Involvement:Attend & be an active member of the squad to drive cross-functional collaboration.Budget and tracking:Work closely with Marketing & BA teams to carve out BTL creative budget and ensure the right phasing & management.Qualifications:Required Qualifications:University degree in Business administration or respective studies.Experience from a multi-national or regional company, preferably FMCG, in Shopper or Brand Activation areas.Proficient knowledge and use of all relevant systems e.G., MS Office, specifically Excel.Fluent in English.Desired Qualifications:Strong strategic and analytical thinking.Strong influencing skills and team player across departments & cultures.A self-starter mindset with the demonstrated ability to take initiative, proactively identify issues/opportunities, and recommend actions.Well-structured, focused & setting clear priorities.Strong written and oral communication skills and presentation skills.What's in it for you:Competitive Benefit Package
