Shopper Marketing Specialist In this role, you will lead Shopper strategy end to end at customer/channel level, through preparation and implementation of winning shopper activation plans, with a clear objective of increasing the company's market share and delivering budgeted sales and profit targets.

These responsibilities include:
Ensure consistent high-quality Shopper Execution and control at the point of purchase.Prepare shopper activation plan (Promotional Plan and In-store visibility plan), by customer, with close collaboration with sales and marketing teams, focusing on achieving execution and distribution goals.Promotion budget control and measurement of shopper marketing effectiveness of promotion investments in the channel in line with the process.Pre-campaign design jointly with sales coordination & tracking & execution.Deliver brand priorities in market, taking direction from the Area marketing team on area priorities and provide a feedback loop with insights and in-market effectiveness of area initiatives.Deliver execution strategies and plans (space, promotion) through to the point of purchase, executed at the POS winning with our customers and consumers.Sales forecasting for promo packs, jointly with Sales and Marketing.Ensure our merchandisers team have high-quality relevant materials to activate the brands with shoppers and consumers.Sell-in strategy development and support activities.Sell-out strategy development and implementation to optimize visibility, build customer recommendations, and drive consumer preference.Shopper marketing campaigns effectiveness including ROI.Managing relationships with external stakeholders.Comply with local legislation and corporate standards in communication on materials and promotion.Manage discussions with key customers on their category strategy, drive change, and significantly improve shopper engagement at the point of purchase.Minimum Requirements: University Degree level.+4 years mainly in Trade Marketing position.Analytical & strategic vision.Organization & deadline management as a must.Proactive approach.Fluency in English.Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion: At Haleon, we embrace our diverse workforce by creating an inclusive environment that celebrates our unique perspectives, generates curiosity to create an unmatched understanding of each other, and promotes fair and equitable outcomes for everyone.
